Gary brings over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with a strong focus on safety throughout his career. His extensive background as a safety compliance officer and safety trainer for both commercial and residential builders underscores his dedication to maintaining the highest industry standards.

Transitioning into property inspections was a natural step, aligning his expertise with his passion for safety. To further enhance his qualifications, Gary earned the CCPIA Commercial Property Inspector certification and is licensed as a Home Inspector in North Carolina and Tennessee, while Georgia does not require specific licensing. Committed to going beyond standard certification processes, he also achieved recognition as an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and IAC2 Certified Indoor Air Consultant. Building on this foundation, Gary founded BlackWolf Professional Property Services to deliver comprehensive, high-quality inspection services.

PJ brings over twenty years of experience to the BlackWolf table. Her prior experience includes Rental Management, Real Estate and Construction Photography and Videography, as well as Construction Project Coordination and Management. She is an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot and holds OSHA safety training certificates in both Construction and General Industry. She is a current member of InterNACHI and IAC2, holding certifications as a Certified Indoor Air Quality Consultant, including Advanced Mold Inspection and Testing, Radon Testing, Building Science and Infrared Thermal Imaging for Inspectors. She is the Co-founder of BlackWolf Professional Property Services with her husband, Gary.

Gary’s passion for continuous learning and professional growth has been a driving force throughout his career. Dedicated to expanding his expertise and staying at the forefront of the industry, he actively seeks new knowledge and certifications to provide the highest level of service.

Gary and Pamela’s commitment to community is equally strong; Gary founded the InterNACHI Southern Appalachians Chapter to foster collaboration and education among local inspectors. Through this chapter, they help create opportunities for others to learn, share, and grow within the profession, demonstrating their dedication to both personal development and the advancement of the inspection industry.
